The Khilafat system is an Islamic form of governance that is pased on the principles of justice, consultation (shura), and adharance to the Quran and Suimah. It involves the leadership and governance of the Muslim community by a Calyh, who is a successor to the Prophet Muhammad (peace bs upon him).
